THE KEYS TO ONE EXTRA-HAPPY MOFFETT CUSTOMER

It was an exciting day for Atlas Polar, HIAB Québec, our Quebec regional dealer, and their customer, CANAC!

HIAB Québec’s Patrick Dionne recently passed the keys to Moffett’s landmark 100,000th Moffett to CANAC’s Territory Manager, Raphaele Dumont. All our dealer staff was on hand for the occasion. The sun was shining. The bright red Moffett is decked out with custom decal wraps and a limited-edition serial plate. And, mounted on the back of CANAC’s ultramarine blue truck with its identifiable orange logo, it positively gleamed.

The industry has been talking about the milestone 100,000th Moffett truck-mounted forklift for months. Which of the 45 countries around the world would receive it? Which dealer? Which customer?

We got it, Canada!

As Patrick Dionne says, “Every Moffett and every customer is special,” which couldn’t be more true. While we’re celebrating this delivery and this customer for this particular Moffett, every Moffett delivery is a celebration. We’re happy. Our customers are happy.

Handing over the keys to this and every other Moffett is more than just a delivery. It’s symbolic of the keys to our brands’ unprecedented success, loyalty, and the strength of our relationships with our customers.

We have customers who have been operating Moffett truck-mounted forklifts and have been working with us since we first introduced them to Canada in 1989. Many are old family-owned companies like Atlas Polar, which has been in business for 85 years, and each new generation of owners and operators carries on the Moffett tradition.

A more recent client, CANAC, is rapidly growing its successful retail/wholesale hardware and building supply stores across Quebec, and their first Moffett quickly became a fleet.

Why? Moffett is “the most reliable product in the industry,” says CANAC’s Raphaele Dumont.

There will only ever be one 100,000th Moffett to roll off the production line. But the keys to 100,001 and beyond are already in the hands of other happy customers across the country.
