Five New HIAB Cranes for ThyssenKrupp Palmers

ThyssenKrupp Palmers, a UK-based scaffolding company, was looking for a truck mounted crane that could handle all of their delivery requirements. The crane they chose was the HIAB XS 144.

The XS 144 has lifting capacity of 5,000 kg at 2.6 m, and 720 kg @ 15.0 m. ThyssenKrupp Palmer chose it for a number of reasons:

• Flexibility. The company used to use cable lifts, but wanted the flexibility to deliver in multiple areas on site, which the HIAB XS 144 provides.
