HURRAY! THE 100,000^TH MOFFETT IS HERE! SEE WHO GETS IT!

Moffett dealers worldwide have been pretty excited about the milestone 100,000^th Moffett truck-mounted forklift rolling off the production line, and no one is more excited than we are!

It’s been tough keeping our lips sealed about where in Canada the 100k unit is going and which customer will be taking delivery of it, but the Globe Newswire national press release is out (READ IT HERE), so we can finally let the cat out of the bag! The special 100k Moffett M5 50.3PL NX was unloaded at Mécano Alca in Blainville, one of our regional Moffett service dealers in Quebec, who will be delivering it to their customer, CANAC.

In an article in leDroit by Paul-Robert Raymond, CANAC General Manager Martin Gamache says the company sees itself as the “new Rona.” And why not? The large hardware and building supplies retailer has 35 locations in Quebec and is growing rapidly—a new store is opening in Sorel, and this fall, another one will open in Rivière-du-Loup, plus a large new distribution centre in Lévis. It serves a rapidly growing demand from construction contractors, commercial, institutional, industrial businesses, and the general public.
